- Basic understanding of Business Functions & Systems.
- Delegates are assessed by means of an online Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) by the Assessor.
- A final assessment report will be emailed to the delegate, by the Assessor for their signing.
- Internal moderation will be performed by our Moderator – they will either uphold/overturn the Assessor’s decision.
- The delegate’s portfolio will be submitted for external moderation to Services SETA. The external Moderator will uphold/overturn the Assessor/Internal Moderator’s decision.
- A final report is submitted to our office for signing.
- The Certification Department then proceeds with the printing of the Certificates.
- The original Certificate will be couriered to the delegate
